Roxy started working at Ladybird Lane in 2012 when she began her Level 3 Diploma for Children and Young People’s Workforce apprenticeship. Roxy has completed Level 3 Advanced Award for Forest School Leaders, Child Protection for a designated person and is First Aid trained. Roxy left on maternity leave in 2019 to have her son Rocko, she has now returned in May 2023 to continue her development at Ladybird Lane.

Roxy enjoys being outside with the Ladybirds planting and digging in our vegetable garden, and when she is inside she enjoys being creative; painting, cooking and setting up messy play activities.
