As parents we find your work and dedication impeccable. You always keep us up to date with Delilah’s progress and share any concerns you have immediately.

The same goes for when we share our concerns, you always take the time to meet with us and help reassure us as first time parents that we are heard and understood. You always complete work within the timescales you tell us and we never have to chase you as the work is always done.

All the procedures and progressions are explained throughly and detailed.

With the nursery aspect you are a credit to ladybird lane and I feel confident that you do the best for our children. You makes us feel at ease and you always listen to us. We never feel that anything we say is wrong and we can be completely honest with you, which is hard to find. You do the absolute most for the children in the nursery.

Kiara and Delilah are so fond of you and you have taken the time to build a lasting relationship with them. For that I thank you. You understand that we are leaving our whole world with you and you never make us feel for one second that they are not looked after.
