The Team

Teaching is inspirational. The manager and senior staff are excellent role models to all members of staff. Staff are highly responsive to children’s needs and have high expectations of what they can achieve. As a result, children make rapid and sustained progress from their starting points (Ofsted: 2018).

Ladybird Lane Nursery has a professional team made up of highly qualified, experienced and skilled individuals with a passion for Early Years, Education and Care.

Our highly dedicated team are the most important part of our setting. They offer stimulating, age-specific learning experiences in a happy, caring environment. Our staff to child ratios are always above those required.

All staff have up to date Enhanced DBS checks, First Aid and Safeguarding and Child Protection training.
